Yarn sourcing from our spinning mill - we are basically cotton merchants for over three decades. We have been trading with almost all the leading spinning mills in and around south india.  Enriched with our valuable experience, and bubbling with confidence we acquired two spinning mills namely 
M/s.  Kalaivani Spinners Pvt Ltd  &
M/s.  Vairava Textiles Pvt Ltd.

Circular knitting is done in machines Mayer&Cie, Orizio and Pailung. Flat knitting is done in Shima Seiki.

Compacting is done as a regular shrinkage control exercise. Tube-Tex -USA, compactors are used the Garments Fabric.

Computerized embroidery is done in Baurudan &  Tajima 9 color/20 head machines. Monogram, appliqué and overall embroidery decorations can be given as needed.

We have modernized Lay cutting units and our all departments well experienced & skilled employees are working.

Lay Cutting Division

We have modernized stitching units and our all departments well experienced & skilled employees are working. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-Japan and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimmer and dust collector.

Stitching Division

The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked.

Checking Division

Pressing is the Final phase of production of the garment, which has been doing with latest machines. The garments are steam pressed and vacuum sucked in order to take away any excess moisture in the garment due to steaming.

Ironing  Division

After Ironing the garment goes for final packing with skilled worker.
